Bogue Chitto, Mississippi
Most Canadian's I know have never been to Mississippi. It's not even likely on their bucket list. Not because it's not wonderful, but it just doesn't have the key tourist destinations. Disney, tropical beaches or Broadway, are more mainstream destinations for Canadians. On top of that if you add in the specific location of Bogue Chitto, well I am pretty sure most of Canada has never been there.
For me it is a little piece of heaven. It is the place every country song is written about. Dirt roads, warm summer nights and rolling fields of green.

I know there are many different types of paradise on earth. Turner Valley, Alberta was also paradise for me. But Bogue Chitto is a gardeners paradise. So full of nature and warm air. Try and see it if you can, perhaps on a road trip adventure one day.
The best way to visit would be either to camp or get a hotel in a larger town close by.
